Cyberabad She Teams receive over 250 compliants in two months

The Cyberabad She Teams received a total of 255 complaints from women in the months of April and May. Officials have booked 28 cases, which include 19 criminal cases.

The complaints were received from women victims through different means like WhatsApp, e-mail, Hawk Eye, direct walk-in etc and all the complaints have been acted upon and disposed off on merits.

Apart from this, the She Teams also averted three



child marriages during the last two months. Most of the women victims have sent messages to WhatsApp and appreciated the good work done by the She Teams, officials said.

The Cyberabad Police requested women not to reveal their personal identity to unknown persons and keep privacy and if facing harassment, approach the She Teams through WhatsApp, or phone – 9490617444 or Dial-100.
