Cyberabad Police urges IT firm employees for early logouts 'Rain Alert'

The Cyberabad police here on Monday issued an alert asking the IT companies to consider early logout in a staggered manner to employees in view of forecast of moderate to heavy rainfall. 

The move would minimize travel related risks, reduce pressure on road infrastructure, and support smooth functioning of essential services during the adverse weather conditions, the police



said.

The police said the advisory is being issued considering the safety, productivity, the likelihood of severe traffic congestion, and for the uninterrupted emergency services. 

The police urged the companies to inform them about its location and the early logout timing that respective organisations plan to follow for employees to have adequate traffic management in place.
