Cyberabad traffic police urged IT companies and educational institutions to consider staggered logouts, work-from-home and online classes from September 18 to 25 in view of a forecast of moderate to heavy rainfall and Ganesh immersion processions.

The subsequently held a virtual meeting with heads of IT companies and educational institutions operating in the Cyberabad area, focusing on the safety and convenience of employees and students during the period.
Companies and organisations were requested to consider early logouts in a staggered manner and encourage employees to work from home from 2 pm between September 18 and 25. The measure is aimed at minimising travel-related risks and reducing pressure on the road infrastructure.
