The Cybercrime Police, Cyberabad, detected 18 cybercrime cases in the last one week and arrested 31 offenders across various States in the country. Out of the 31 arrests, 19 persons are linked to trading fraud.

Nine offenders were arrested and sent to judicial custody for forming a gang and conspiring to commit cybercrimes.



The police seized two cars, a laptop, 32 mobile phones, seven cheque books, and Rs 82, 500 in cash.

During the same period the officials successfully processed and obtained 283 refund orders in 60 cases from Court for an amount of Rs 1,20,77,214 to be refunded to victims.
