Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) Commissioner G Srijana has interacted with citizens during Monday Prajavani, listened to their grievances and reviewed the issues along with the Heads of the Departments (HODs) concerned. 

The corporation received as many as 44 grievances. Of them, 31 were related to town planning, half dozen pertained to engineering wing, two to urban biodiversity and one each to estates, food



safety, revenue (property tax), sanitation and urban community. 

Each grievance is registered with a unique grievance ID and tracking link, enabling citizens to track the status and progress of their grievance. 

The Commissioner directed the HODs concerned to examine each grievance, take necessary action within the prescribed timelines and ensure regular follow-up until resolution.
