The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) – Telangana will be organizing TS-Conclave 2021 on December 23 at HICC to educate builders on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to norms in the State.

The same day, CREDAI Telangana will also organise the third edition of CREATE awards ceremony to identify best and innovative projects in Hyderabad and other parts of the State. As part of the TS Conclave, all the 850 CREDAI members from across the State would be made aware of latest global innovations in construction sector and leverage them for efficient practices, CREDAI Chairman Ch Ramachandra Reddy told the media here on Thursday.

These apart, there will be sessions on TS-bPASS, Dharani, funding patterns and GST norms. These sessions will be conducted by top officials from municipal administration, IT and revenue departments. The idea is to help the members learn rules and the need to follow them, he said.

A book compiled by CREDAI Telangana on SOPs will be unveiled on the occasion. Further, a special report on the ‘Future of Real Estate in Telangana’, prepared by CREDAI



in association with Anarock, a leading real estate consulting firm, will also be released.

In the second part of the programme, the third edition of CREATE Awards would be presented to recognise builders’ innovations, contribution and commitment in offering quality products and services to consumers, said CREDAI Telangana Secretary K Indrasena Reddy.

For Hyderabad chapter, these awards will be presented in 14 categories, including standalone apartment project with unit cost of upto Rs.100 lakhs and above Rs.100 lakhs, Best Green Building in residential , Best Green Building in Commercial, Best landscaped project, Best CSR activity of developer.

For other chapters in the State, the awards will be presented in seven categories, including apartment projects having 20 units and more than 20 units, villas or row houses, office or shopping complex, plotted development and Best CSR activity of developer. Research and rating agency CRISIL will be knowledge partner for CREATE 2021 awards and would provide details to jury to identify best projects across categories, he added.
