Contractor locked ZPH School dining hall in Medak 'Pending Dues'

Protesting the delay in the release of funds, a contractor locked the gate of the dining hall at the ZPH School in Chinna Ghanpur village of Kulcharam mandal on Monday. 

The dining hall was constructed by contractor Shankar at a cost of Rs. 10 lakh under the “Mana Ooru Mana Badi”



programme.

However, Shankar said he has not received the payment so far, despite meeting officials and public representatives several times over the last two years. 

As a result, students have been put to hardship and are being forced to have their lunch outside the dining hall within the school premises.
