Cold wave grips Telangana

Several pockets of Hyderabad recorded lowest temperatures of the season so far on Tuesday night.

As predicted by India Meteorological Department (IMD), the temperatures have dropped below normal at many places in the GHMC area

Moinabad recorded the lowest at 6.9 degrees

The temperatures dipped across many parts of Telangana also on Tuesday night.

As predicted by IMD, the cold



wave has gripped the entire State and  temperatures dropped between 5 to 10 degrees Celsius in many districts.

Ginnedari of Kumram Bheem Asifabad recorded the lowest at 3.5 degrees. Bela in Adilabad recorded 3.8

Ryali in Mancherial recorded 5.7

Several other districts like Karimanagar, Nizamabad and Warangal have recorded below 9 degrees.
