Cockroach Infest, Lizard Droppings, Expired Spices Found at La Pino’z Pizza in Hitech City

These violations were observed during an inspection carried out by the food safety team of Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC). 

The other violations that were found during inspections include unlabelled and



improperly stored food items, microbial infestation in freezer under maintenance, chicken stored without proper wrapping, medical fitness records, water testing reports not available and veg and non-veg items stored in the same freezer. 

The officials discarded the expired and improperly stored food items on the spot and asked the management for deep cleaning and pest control. An improvement notice is being issued for immediate compliance.
