Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy offered prayers at the Sri Kaleshwara Mukteswara Swamy Temple in Kaleshwaram of Jayashankar Bhupalpally district on Monday.
The Chief Minister was accorded a traditional welcome at the temple, where he performed Abhishekam and special poojas.
Later, he participated in the Bhoomi Puja for temple development works estimated at around Rs 200 crore.
The
works are meant to enhance pilgrim infrastructure, including a new administrative building, a large queue complex, and improved amenities to facilitate smoother darshan at the historic temple on the banks of Godavari.
Several ministers, including N Uttam Kumar Reddy, Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Ponnam Prabhakar, Adluri Laxman Kumar, and Vivek Venkataswamy, along with NDSA Chairman Anil Jain, were present on the occasion.
