CM Revanth Congratulates Sandy Reddy on Becoming Sydney Council Mayor

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy extended congratulations to Sandy Reddy, a proud daughter of Telangana on being elected Mayor of Sydney Council in Australia. 

Hailing from Mallareddygudem in Mominpet mandal of Vikarabad district, Sandy Reddy will serve as mayor



till September 2028. 

Her election as Mayor has been welcomed by the Telugu community in Australia, particularly in view of her involvement in community initiatives. She became the first Indian woman to be elected the deputy mayor of Strathfield in 2023.
