A 14-year-old Class 9 student allegedly died by suicide at her residence in Janata Nagar, Moosapet, Hyderabad, on Thursday. According to police and family members, the girl's family had migrated from Icchapuram to Hyderabad in search of livelihood.

The couple has two children, and the deceased was their elder daughter, who was studying in a private school. According to the reports, a teacher identified as Polaki Naresh, who worked at the same school, also conducted tuition classes after school hours.

The girl attended his tuition classes. According to the family, the teacher allegedly developed a close relationship with the minor student. After learning about it, the girl's parents

reprimanded her and lodged a complaint with the school management, alleging that the teacher was trying to lure their daughter in the name of love.

On Thursday, the student attended school but reportedly did not eat lunch. When her friends asked about it, she told them she was suffering from stomach pain. After the school authorities informed her parents, her cousin took her home.

After reaching home, the girl allegedly made a video call to Naresh and told him that she was going to end her life. Alarmed by the call, Naresh reportedly informed one of the girl's relatives. However, by the time the family members reached home, she had allegedly died by suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan.
