CII to hold industry summit in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The Confederation of Indian Industry & the Young Indians (Hyderabad Chapter) is organising a one-day ‘Ignite-Innovation & Entrepreneurship Summit’ on Friday in Hyderabad. 

Ignite will bring together industry and academia as keynote speakers and the sessions will feature case studies from innovation driven companies within India. The summit will also bring together an array of budding entrepreneurs who will share their entrepreneurial learning with the new aspirants thereby providing a platform for startups to pitch for their products to the medium and large companies and create new business development opportunities for the startup. 

On the sidelines of Ignite, an Exposition of Innovation & Entrepreneurship will be



organised to provide an opportunity for all participants of the summit to highlight products and services to a large audience and network with them for forging tie-ups. The exhibition is a platform to get together, celebrate and explore innovation and entrepreneurship. 

The Summit will also recognise homegrown entrepreneurs by recognizing them under the categories of – Best Women Entrepreneur; Young Entrepreneur; Social Entrepreneur; Start-Up Entrepreneur; and Entrepreneur of the Year. 

The Summit will be addressed by K T Rama Rao, Industries, IT&C, MA&UD, & NRI Affairs Minister, Government of Telangana; BVR Mohan Reddy, founder & executive chairman, Cyient; CK Kumaravel, CEO & co-founder, Naturals, besides others.
