Chemist in Hyderabad arrested in 'Chain Snatching' cases

Addiction to alcohol consumption and online betting landed a junior chemist working in a leading lab in Hyderabad in trouble as the Government Railway Police arrested him on Monday on charges of committing two snatchings in trains. 

Koruprolu Lavaraju (23) hailing from Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh was working as a junior chemist at the leading private lab in Kazipally and was residing at Suraram. He developed the habit of consuming



alcohol, smoking cigarettes apart from playing betting games online.

Chemist in Hyderabad is addicted to online cricket betting and games and spend Rs.23,000 salary on drinking alcohol and betting. 

As the money was insufficient for his lavish livelihood, Lavaraju decided to earn money easily by any means, Secunderabad Railway Deputy Superintendent of Police S. N Jawed said while speaking to media persons.
