Burglars steal liquor bottles and cash in Medchal

Burglars broke into Sri Gowri Liquor Mart in Medchal and decamped with liquor bottles and cash from the counter on Wednesday morning.

Unidentified persons allegedly cut open a metal sheet beside the permit room to gain entry into the



store.

The theft came to light when the shop staff arrived in the morning and noticed the damage.

They alerted the Medchal police, who reached the spot and began an investigation.

The extent of the loss is yet to be ascertained.
