Building collapses after cylinder blast in Medchal, 1 dead

Gas cylinder exploded, leading to the collapse of a building in Medak, reportedly 1 dead and 3 injured at the market area on Monday night

As per information, the explosion occurred at the home of former MPTC member Murali, which also housed a mobile phone shop and two flower shops. The sudden explosion caused the structure to collapse, sending debris flying across the street. A pedestrian, whose identity has not yet



been immediately confirmed, was injured when the debris fell on him and died.

The impact was evere that shutter of a shop located opposite the collapsed building was also damaged.

Among the injured was an elderly woman, Thirupathamma, along with two others identified as Rafiq and Dinesh. They were rushed to a private hospital in Kompally for treatment. Their health condition is said to be stable.
