BRS to protest against Telangana Govt 'Industrial Land Scam'

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao will visit Quthbullapur constituency on Wednesday as part of the programme to expose what the party describes as a major conspiracy by the Congress government to transfer industrial land for non-industrial purposes.

The BRS has accused the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government of attempting to illegally transfer



industrial lands worth about Rs 5 lakh crore to private individuals under the guise of the Hyderabad Industrial Land Transfer Policy.

The protest will begin at 3 pm at Hamali Adda in Shapurnagar in Quthbullapur constituency. Several senior BRS leaders including KP Vivekanand, Shambipur Raju, Madhavaram Krishna Rao, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and Satyavathi Rathod will accompany Rama Rao.
