BRS slams Congress over job promises to unemployed youth

BRS leader A Rakesh Reddy lambasted the Congress government for betraying unemployed youth after coming to power on what he called false promises of two lakh jobs annually and the Vidya Bharosa card. 

He condemned the police lathi charge on protesting youth and the abusive language allegedly used by a senior police



officer against them. He demanded immediate action against the officials responsible and an apology from the state government.

The BRS leader demanded that the government release a job calendar before the municipal elections and stop the crackdown on unemployed youth. He insisted that the Congress must deliver on its promises.
