In a blistering attack on the Congress government‘s two-year tenure, former Minister and senior BRS leader T Harish Rao accused Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy of running a private limited government marked by collapsing governance, widespread corruption and broken promises.
Calling the period two years of suffering for the people of Telangana, he said the government had failed both in delivering its guarantees and in continuing the initiatives that defined the initial years of Telangana under the BRS.
He alleged that the Congress regime survived on self-praise,
photo sessions and Goebbels-style propaganda, while development stalled and welfare systems deteriorated.
Dubbing the Chief Minister as “Buildup Babai”, he said Revanth Reddy was high on hype but low on delivery.
Releasing a chargesheet at Telangana Bhavan on Monday, Harish Rao summed up the government’s performance as hollow, fruitless and pointless.
He stated that the first two years of any government signal its intent and pace. “If these two years are any indication, Telangana is heading for deeper distress,” he warned.
