The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has launched a campaign to collect signatures from farmers in Adilabad district demanding that the State government immediately release the Rythu Bharosa benefit.

The signature campaign was launched by former minister Jogu Ramanna at Ankoli village in Adilabad Rural mandal on



Saturday.

Addressing farmers on the occasion, Ramanna demanded that Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy apologise to farmers for allegedly mocking the Rythu Bharosa scheme. 

He urged the Chief Minister to immediately release the benefit and the bonus for crops grown by farmers in Telangana.
