The BRS on Monday submitted its affidavits, including evidence against defected MLAs, and sought the Speaker to act decisively. 

The party declared that by-elections were inevitable in 10 constituencies of defected MLAs who were bound to lose their mandate for betraying voters.

MLA G Jagadish Reddy, accompanied by MLAs K Sanjay and Padi Kaushik Reddy, filed affidavits with the Assembly secretary seeking action against the turncoat MLAs. 

The BRS delegation said it would pursue the matter aggressively, pressing the Speaker to initiate disqualification proceedings and set the stage for the by-elections.
