Body of newborn found in dustbin in Nirmal

The body of a newborn was dumped in a dustbin at Bangalpet area here on Thursday.

Sanitation workers found the body of a baby girl wrapped in a polythene cover, in the dustbin while lifting garbage in Bangalpet in the morning.



They informed local police about the incident. Police rushed to the spot and began a probe into the abandonment of the body.

Locals suspected that some woman might have dumped the body for giving birth to a baby without marrying a man.
