The Banjara Hills police have issued a Red Corner Notice (RCN) against an accused involved in a fatal road accident that occurred nearly ten years ago, claiming the lives of a nine-year-old girl and two others.
The accident took place on July 1, 2016, when the child Ramya, was travelling in a car along with her uncle P Rajesh and her grandfather Madhusudhana Chary after picking her up from school. The family was driving from Nagarjuna Circle on Road No. 3 towards Banjara Hills.

Shravil, who was reportedly under the influence of alcohol after leaving a pub, was speeding from Banjara Hills towards Nagarjuna Circle and Punjagutta. The vehicle lost control near the Panjagutta crematorium, rammed into a road divider and crashed onto the opposite side of the road, landing on the car carrying the victims.
The collision resulted in the deaths of Ramya, Madhusudhana Chary and Rajesh. Following the incident, the Banjara Hills police registered a case against the two suspects – Shravil and K Vishnu Vineeth and later filed a charge sheet in court.
