Bandi Sanjay’s Son Gets Interim Bail in POCSO Case

Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar's son Bandi Sai Bhageerath got an interim bail in POCSO case. 

The Cyberabad police arrested Bhageerath on May 16. Bageerath, according to the police, surrendered before Cyberabad police and was shifted to the SOT and other police stations where his statement was recorded by the special investigation team (SIT) that is probing the POCSO case against him. The Malkajgiri court



granted bail to him.

The SIT questioned him on the circumstances of his meeting with the minor victim and what followed at the Moinabad farmhouse where the alleged rape was reported to have occurred.

The SIT also asked for details for Bageerath’s friends who were present at the farmhouse. The SIT also asked Bageerath about allegations that he and his friends used to place bets over which girls they could take to farmhouses.
