Bakrid coordination meeting held to review arrangements for the festival in Hyderabad

In view of the Bakrid festival, a coordination meeting was held by Hyderabad Police with other departments to ensure a peaceful and clean celebration of the festival across the city on Thursday.

GHMC Commissioner RV Karnan, Hyderabad Additional Commissioner Vikram Singh Mann, Joint Transport Commissioner C Ramesh, Health Department officials and others were present.

Animal Husbandry Department staff would be present at the check posts. He suggested forming local, zonal, and commissionerate-level coordination teams comprising officials from all departments for better coordination and response.
