Attempt to change LPG cylinder triggers fatal blast in Sangareddy

An attempt to replace an LPG cylinder proved fatal for a young man in LIG Colony of RC Puram mandal, on Thursday night.

Swaroop, aged 22, was changing the cylinder around 10:30 pm when it began leaking, sparking an explosion that shook the



residential building.

The force of the blast threw Swaroop from the first floor, leading to his death on the spot. His mother and sister, who were present at the time, suffered minor injuries. Firefighters from BHEL responded swiftly to contain the blaze.
