Assets of Rs 7.69 cr seized in ACB raid on Hanamkonda Additional Collector

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a disproportionate assets case against Arramada Venkat Reddy, Additional Collector (Revenue), Hanamkonda, who is also the in-charge District Education Officer of Hanamkonda and is currently under suspension.

Searches at his residence and seven other places unearthed assets worth Rs



7.69 crore, which were disproportionate to his known sources of income.

According to an ACB press note issued on Tuesday, the case was registered after it was found that the officer allegedly acquired assets disproportionate to his known sources of income by indulging in corrupt practices and adopting dubious means during his service.
