Ashish takes charge as Senior Deputy General Manager of SCR

Senior railway officer Ashish Mehrotra assumed the charge of Senior Deputy General Manager, South Central Railway (SCR) here on Wednesday.

He belongs to the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) 1992 Batch. Earlier taking charge of the new assignment of Senior Deputy General Manager & Chief Vigilance Officer, SCR, he was serving as



the Chief Electrical Distribution Engineer (CEDE), Northern Railway, New Delhi.

Prior to joining as Chief Electrical Distribution Engineer, Northern Railway, New Delhi, he worked as Principal Chief Electrical Engineer, Locomotives Works, Patiala wherein he has contributed significantly in the domain of electrical distribution and infrastructure management.
