Applicants face inconvenience after PSK in Ameerpet, Tolichowki shift locations

Applicants on Monday faced difficulties after the Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) in Ameerpet and Tolichowki relocated to new premises. Hundreds of applicants who scheduled their online appointments at these two PSKs had to return.

Some received SMS alerts on Monday, half an hour before appointments, indicating that their online appointments were cancelled due



to technical glitches and were advised to reschedule and book new appointments.

An applicant said, “Regional Passport Office (RPO) authorities need to send the SMS one week in advance regarding the rescheduling of their appointments.”

Security personnel on duty at the closed PSKs are providing the new PSK addresses to the applicants.
