Lionel Messi’s G.O.A.T India Tour is set to move to a unique and quieter setting next, with the Argentine star scheduled to visit Vantara, the wildlife rescue and conservation centre in Jamnagar, where he will be hosted by Anant Ambani.
According to Press Trust of India (PTI), Messi, along with Luis Surez and other members of his entourage, will make a one-night stop at Vantara as part of the tour. ANI, citing sources, also reported that the footballers will
stay overnight at the facility, hosted by Anant Ambani, Director at Reliance Industries Limited.
Vantara, conceived by Anant Ambani, spans nearly 3,000 acres within Reliance’s Jamnagar Refinery Complex and is regarded as one of the world’s largest animal rescue and rehabilitation projects. The centre houses more than 200 elephants, over 300 big cats — including lions, tigers, leopards and jaguars — as well as hundreds of deer and antelopes.
