Farmers sought the return of former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s rule again in Telangana for transforming the agriculture sector and addressing challenges faced by it.
They performed an ‘Abhishekam’ to a life-size flex poster of Rao using wheat produce at Mukhra (K), a model village in Echoda mandal on Friday,
hailing him for extending innovative schemes for the welfare of farmers.
The farmers opined that Chandrashekhar Rao’s leadership is the need of the hour to improve farmers’s lives, who were irked by delay in releasing Rythu Bharosa benefit and reeling under crisis due to crop failure and unsupportive prices to their products.
