92-year-old woman casts her ballot in Jubilee Hills bypolls

At the age of 92, Lakshmi Devamma has set a shining example of democratic spirit in the Jubilee Hills by-election. Despite her fragile health and limited mobility, the nonagenarian ensured she exercised her right to vote on Tuesday.

division in the Jubilee Hills assembly constituency, Devamma arrived at the polling station by car with her family members to vote around noon.

On noticing her condition, the polling booth staff assisted her by providing a wheelchair and helping her cast her vote comfortably.
