6000 police personnel to be deployed 'Telangana Rising Global Summit'

As the 2-day Telangana Rising Global Summit begins on Monday, state Director General of Police B Shivadhar Reddy announced on Sunday, December 7 that 6,000 police personnel have been deployed for security during the event.

The security grid is divided into 18 sectors covering the



venue, routes and surrounding areas. Sectors 1 and 2 focus on registration, meeting arenas and peripheral zones; Sector 3 handles route bandobust through seven sub-sectors.

Sectors 4-16 cover helipad security, checkposts, parking, surveillance, area domination, rooftop and vehicle patrolling.
