3 IPS officers of 2005 batch promoted to Inspector General

The government promoted three IPS officers of the 2005 batch to the rank of Inspector General. The three officials are:

Avinash Mohanty, posted at Joint CP (Admin), Cyberabad; P. Vishwa Prasad, Joint CP (Special Branch), Hyderabad; and M. Ramesh, DIG (Provisions



& Logistics).

The three officers will continue to serve in the same posts, as additional CP (Admin), Cyberabad, additional CP (Special Branch) Hyderabad, and IG (Provisions & Logistics) respectively.
