Two persons lodged a complaint with the Jubilee Hills police against Big Boss TV reality show for promoting obscenity and misleading the youth.

In their complaint, Kammari Srinivas of Gajwel and Bagannagari Ravinder Reddy of Siddipet said the show has been continuously telecasting objectionable and vulgar content in the name of entertainment.

The participants often use abusive language, exhibit indecent behaviour, and indulge in acts that are morally and

socially unacceptable.

“Such programmes are having a severely negative impact on young minds, misleading them towards aggression, disrespect, and immoral behavior,” they said.

“We are disturbed to note that this show encourages arguments, personal attacks, and unethical exposure purely for the sake of publicity. It promotes vulgarity, indecent dialogues, and behaviour which go against Indian family values and cultural ethics,” they said.
