2 Held for Killing Woman in Nagarkurnool

A woman was murdered by her lover and later burnt the body at Veldanda in Nagarkurnool district. Twenty-two-year-old Narumalla Anusha from Kotra village works at a ladies corner in Kalwakurthy town. Her husband Chennaih works in a hotel. 

The couple is blessed with a son. Anusha has been having an extramarital affair with a person identified as Ramulu from the village for several years.



On Wednesday night, Ramulu took Anusha to Oddoniralla and murdered her, then set her on fire. 

Upon receiving information, the police rushed to the spot and the body was shifted to the government hospital for an autopsy. Based on a complaint, the police booked a case under relevant provisions of BNS and detained Ramulu and another person who helped him in committing the crime.
