2 GHMC Officials in ACB Net

The ACB arrested town planning supervisor Ch Uma Devi and section writer Laxman Yadav for accepting a Rs 1.5-lakh bribe, during a raid on the GHMC planning section office in LB Nagar on Thursday.

ACB caught Uma Devi and Laxamn Yadav red-handed while they were accepting bribes



from Jakkidi Sudhakar Reddy of Gurramguda, for granting permission to construct a building at Vanasthalipuram. Uma Devi accepted the bribe amount through Laxman Yadav. The two officials were produced before a court and sent to judicial remand.
