In a tragic incident, an 18-month-old toddler died after accidentally falling from the second floor of a building in Gandhinagar, Tandur, in Vikarabad district.
According to reports, the toddler was identified as Deekshita. She accidentally fell from the building
and sustained severe injuries.

She was immediately rushed to Niloufer Hospital in Hyderabad, where she succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment.
