Illegal structures under the GO Ms 111 High Court halt construction

Hyderabad: writ petition filed by Kamala Devi of Moindabad Judge was dealing with. She complained that in the lands covered under the GO Ms 111 illegal constructions are taking place. Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday directed the authorities to stop construction of illegal structures in Moinabad village covered under GO Ms 111 which was issued to protect the two drinking water lakes of city. The judge asked for status report within two weeks about the constructions being made in violation of GO Ms 111 and action taken by the authorities.
