mohammed mujahid qureshi Says:
Permissibility of Qurrah in Islam is arguable subject. Can we not have some other guidelines like age factor or other personal factors through which preference can be made for selection to perform Hajj. There shall be points for each criteria like accompanying of son or daughter from India or abroad. Resources or heath conditions. If all conditions are same them face to face discussing the subject with each individual. Please note that Quota system by Saudi Arabia is to manage the Hajj with better planning and lesser hardship or to restrict the chaos or disturbance to each Haji. There is full fledge permanent committee and group of university staff who are trying to improve traffic problems during Hajj. Surrounding area Stoning (Jamarat) is improved a lot with 5 floors and redesigning of stone collection. Condition of tents improved and introduction fast railway transport are major achievements.
