Wimbledon: In Tennis, second seed Rafael Nadal and former champion Simona Halep have sailed into the semifinals of Wimbledon.

In Men's Singles, 22-time Grand Slam champion Nadal overcame Taylor Fritz of US, 3-6, 7-5, 3-6, 7-5, 7-6 in the quarterfinals last evening.  The Spaniard will face Australian Nick Kyrgios in the last four tomorrow. Unseeded Kyrgios reached the first Grand Slam semifinal of his career with a comfortable victory over Cristian Garin of Chile 6-4, 6-3, 7-6 (7-5).

Top seed Novak Djokovic will be up against Britain’s Cameron Norrie in the other semi-final tomorrow.

In Women's Singles, Romanian Halep defeated American Amanda Anisimova 6-2, 6-4 to reach the



semi-finals. 16th-seed Halep will take on 17th-seed Elena Rybakina in the last four today. Kazakhstan's Rybakina overpowered Australian Ajla Tomljanovic 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 in the quarter-finals.

In the other semi-finals today, third seed Ons Jabeur of Tunisia will meet German Tatjana Maria today.

In the Mixed Doubles Semifinals, Sania Mirza and her Croatian partner Mate Pavić lost to second seed British-US pair of Neal Skupski and Desirae Krawczyk 4-6, 7-5, 6-4. The duo of Skupski and Krawczyk have set up a summit clash with all-Australian pair of Matthew Ebden and Samantha Stosur today. Ebden and Stosur defeated American duo of Jack Sock and Coco Gauff in the semi-finals.
