Challengers Bangalore won the toss and chose to bat in their final league game of IPL 2017 against Delhi Daredevils.

Virat Kohli has won the toss and will bat. Delhi Daredevils are unchanged while RCB are without AB de Villiers. In fact, both teams are playing only three overseas players.
In the first match between DD and RCB, Virat Kohli's team won a close encounter by 15 runs. Overall, RCB have a 10-6 head-to-head advantage.
 The four teams for the play-offs have been decided. The first match in the knock-out stage will be a Maharashtra Derby again with Mumbai Indians taking on Rising Pune Supergiant in the first qualifier while Sunrisers Hyderabad, the defending champions, will take on Kolkata Knight Riders in



the eliminator.
 In the first match of the day, Rising Pune Supergiant thrashed Kings XI Punjab by nine wickets, with Glenn Maxwell's team getting bowled out for 73. With this win, Steve Smith's team have qualified for the IPL play-offs and have finished second in the points table.
