The Indian pair will next take on Great Britain's pair Ben Lane and Sean Vendy today morning in a  Group 'A' Match.
 
In Archery, Indian Men's Team comprising Atanu Das, Pravin Jadhav and Tarundeep Rai lost to South Korea's  Kim Je Deok, Kim Woojin and O.H. Jinhyek 6-0 in Quarter Finals.
 
In Tennis Men's Singles second round encounter, Sumit  Nagal lost to Daniil Medvedev of Russia 6-2, 6-1.
 
In Boxing, India's Ashish Kumar Chaudhary was knocked out in the Round of 32, when he lost his bout against Erbieke Tuoheta of People's Republic of China in the men's middle weight category.
 
In Women's (64-69) kilogram category, India's Lovlina Borogohain will contest with Nadine Apetz of Germany today.
 
India’s lone fencer C.A. Bhavani Devi lost to Manon Brunet of France 15-7 in Women's individual Sabre in the Round of 32 yesterday. 
 
Bhavani Devi had entered the Round of 32 following her victory in the Round of 64 defeating Tunisia’s Nadia Ben Azizi 15-3.  
 
In Swimming, India’s Sajan Prakash could not qualify in the men’s 200m butterfly event.
