Vijayawada: Hyderabad thrashed Karnataka by eight wickets in the BCCI women’s cricket Under-23 South Zone T20 tournament held at Mulapadu on Tuesday.

Opting to bat, Karnataka were bundled out for 63 runs with Rachna Kumar (2/7) and G Trisha (2/11) doing the main damage.

In reply, Hyderabad chased down the target in 14.5 overs.

In the other matches, Andhra routed Kerala by 9 wickets with Anjali Sravani picking up 5 wickets for 8 runs.

Elsewhere, Goa won their game against Tamil Nadu by 4 wickets as Sanjula Naik



scored 27 runs and picked up two wickets.
