France beat South Korea 4-0 in the opening match of the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup in Paris yesterday.  France's Wendie Renard scored two goals, while, Amandine Henry and Eugenie Le Sommer scored one goal each. The French dominance was evident through 13



corners, 66 percent possession and 17 more shots.  

Today, Germany will meet China in the first encounter of the tournament while Spain will meet South Africa in another encounter.
