In the FIH pro-league Hockey tournament, the Indian Women's team conceded a late goal to lose 3-4 against Spain at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar last evening.

Xantal Gine scored the winner for Spain with just 35 seconds remaining in the match after Begona Garcia struck a brace. Maialen Garcia also found



her way onto the scoresheet, with a penalty corner.

For India, goals were scored by debutant Sangita Kumari, Salima Tete and Namita Toppo.

Both Indian Men and Women Hockey teams had won their respective matches against Spain on Saturday.
