T20 World Cup: New Zealand to take on England in first semi-final in Abu Dhabi today

Abu Dhabi: In ICC T20 World Cup 2021, England and New Zealand will play the first semi-final at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi today.

The Match will start at 7:30 pm IST. Pakistan and Australia will play the second semi-final, which is set to take place tomorrow in Dubai.

These are the four teams that have qualified for the semi-finals of ICC T20 World Cup 2021. 

England have played 5 matches in the series and will be looking to strengthen



their hold of the top spot, while New Zealand have also played 5 matches in the series and they are currently ranked second on the points table.

Both teams last played against each other in the 5th T20I of the England in New Zealand, 5 T20I Series, 2019 where Jonny Bairstow scored the highest fantasy points for England with 63 match fantasy points while Martin Guptill topped the fantasy points leaderboard for New Zealand with 75 match fantasy points.
