Cape Town: Chasing the target 212 runs set by India, South Africa were 101/2 in their second innings at stumps on Day three of the decisive third Test against India at the Newlands in Cape Town. Proteas skipper Dean Elgar was removed by Jasprit Bumrah on the last ball of Day 3 after adding 78 runs with Keegan Petersen for the second wicket.  Petersen with 48 is currently unbeaten at the crease. Mohammed Shami is the other wicket-taker for India in the fourth



innings.
 
Earlier, India were bowled out for 198 runs in the third innings where Rishabh Pant scored a brilliant hundred under challenging conditions. Pant also became the first Asian wicketkeeper to score a Test ton in South Africa. For South Africa, Marco Jansen was the pick of South African bowlers with his four wickets, Lungi Ngidi and Kagiso Rabada picked three wickets each. Tied 1-1 in the three-match series, both teams will be aiming to win the third Test to clinch the series.
