Rajkot - Teenager Prithvi Shaw became the seventh youngest test centurion on day one of the series-opener against the West Indies at Rajkot after he took 99 balls to score his century.

Shaw steered the team to 180/1 just after the lunch break.

Cheteshwar Pujara too looked at ease at the other end and was on 74 off 100 balls when the Shaw's century came.

Prthvi Shaw 116 not out was at the crease when the last reports came



in.
