KL Rahul to miss India’s opening two Asia Cup games, confirms head coach Dravid

KL Rahul on Tuesday was declared unavailable for the first two matches of the upcoming Asia Cup due to a “niggle”.

India head coach Rahul Dravid revealed that this ‘niggle’ was not related to the thigh injury which Rahul had



suffered in the IPL and had kept him out of action for months.

“KL has had a good week with us, playing well, progressing really well but he will be unavailable for the first part for the Kandy leg of the trip,” Dravid said at the presser.
